Frequently Asked Questions

Water is included, your choice of flat or sparkling. A charcuterie board is provided as an add on. You are welcome to bring your own food or non-alcoholic drink. We are happy to accommodate you and pick up your food for your picnic, pending location. An additional cost may incur.

We will work with you. We can change location if possible, reschedule, or refund you.

*Cancellations made by the client with 48 hours or more notice will receive a 50% refund. *Cancellations made within 48 hours of the picnic time will not be refunded. See below for an exception.

***If we are able to fill your picnic slot, you will receive your money back, minus a 10% rebooking fee

*Deposits are nonrefundable unless there is inclement weather.  Surfside Picnic has the right to define and determine what constitutes as inclement weather.

*Clients have one year from their picnic date to transfer the $100 deposit toward a newly scheduled/booked picnic date.
